I'm Kiệt (Kenzy) — an AI Engineer in Ho Chi Minh City who went from breaking software in QA to building production AI systems that serve real users: multi-agent chatbots, RAG pipelines, and agentic automation.

In three years at a single fintech company I grew from part-time QA collaborator to AI Engineer, shipping a production multi-agent RAG chatbot, an agentic CI/CD pipeline, and the observability to keep them reliable. I care about getting to the root cause and building AI that actually holds up under real traffic.
